Financial Crime Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional operations to identify potential signs of money laundering and terrorism financing
• Perform "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures, including risk assessment during customer onboarding and continuous monitoring
• Implement and update Financial Crime Compliance policies and procedures
• Provide functional support for the design and development of AML technological tools
• Conduct risk assessments and report findings to senior management
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial risk projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree
• Specific training and experience in money laundering and financing of terrorism
• High level of proficiency in both English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the financial sector
• Experience working in a Big4 or similar professional services environment
