About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Global AB&C and Fraud Director in maintaining and enhancing the Group AB&C and Fraud Prevention Framework
- Review, develop, and enhance in-country financial crime policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide subject matter expertise and pragmatic risk-based advice to Compliance Business Partners and key stakeholders
- Support the delivery of financial crime specific projects and cross-functional workstreams
- Act as a Second Line of Defence to protect the company from regulatory risk by championing financial crime compliance
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Established professional experience within financial services, specifically in financial crime
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate governance
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure to tight timelines
