About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global AB&C and Fraud Director in maintaining and enhancing the Group AB&C and Fraud Prevention Framework
  • Review, develop, and enhance in-country financial crime policies, procedures, and controls
  • Provide subject matter expertise and pragmatic risk-based advice to Compliance Business Partners and key stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of financial crime specific projects and cross-functional workstreams
  • Act as a Second Line of Defence to protect the company from regulatory risk by championing financial crime compliance

Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Established professional experience within financial services, specifically in financial crime
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate governance
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure to tight timelines

  • Background in the insurance industry
