Financial Controlling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Payable and Treasury teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with internal policies
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions in line with IFRS and company policies
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
• Supervise daily treasury operations including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and cash forecasting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities and audit schedules
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation of manual tasks
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and HR to resolve transaction-level issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury functions
• Professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
