Financial Controlling Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three to optimize cash management, credit control, and balance sheet reporting for the Benelux region.
• Manage credit decisions, customer risk profiles, and lead monthly Credit Committee meetings.
• Prepare accurate cash budgets and rolling 13-week cash forecasts to drive liquidity.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement working capital initiatives to improve DSO and DPO.
• Champion master data governance and lead internal control initiatives and self-assessments.
• Manage banking partner relationships, including KYC compliance and service optimization.
• Deliver timely KPI reporting and leverage data analytics to improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in external audit, financial controlling, or treasury functions.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong expertise in cash forecasting, working capital management, and credit analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with ERP systems.
