Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports for management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting templates, dashboards, and frameworks
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business performance
- Perform data extraction and analysis from ERP systems
- Build and maintain financial models using Excel to support forecasting and decision-making
- Review and validate financial models and assumptions for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility
- Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, or controlling roles
- Strong experience in financial analysis and management reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Proficiency with data extraction and reporting tools
