Financial Controller/Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports for management
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting templates, dashboards, and frameworks
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business performance
• Perform data extraction and analysis from ERP systems such as Oracle
• Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel to support forecasting and decision-making
• Review and validate financial models and assumptions for accuracy and consistency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy
• Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes, including data-driven or AI-supported tools
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, or controlling roles
• Strong experience in financial analysis and management reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (must be highly proficient)
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar
• Experience with data extraction and reporting tools
