Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner to support teams in achieving objectives and optimizing cost structures
• Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in the development and animation of the budgeting, forecasting, and 3-5 year strategic planning processes
• Monitor and analyze monthly variances against budget and forecasts
• Contribute to monthly Business Reviews for the Executive Committee (Comex)
• Manage monthly closings and analyze key performance indicators
• Prepare reports and presentations for the management committee
• Assist management with ad hoc requests related to M&A operations
• Ensure the reliability of financial data from information systems and operational reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent university degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with a strong analytical mindset
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and maintain high organizational standards
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or Transaction Services
• Experience in M&A, investment, or project finance
• Ability to challenge existing processes and propose improvements
