Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Own the product line P&L, driving profitability and disciplined cost control
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators
• Support accurate costing through BOM and routing time analysis
• Manage inventory processes to ensure precise cost allocation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and provide financial insights for CAPEX decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of finance or controlling experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, and forecasting
• Experience with manufacturing costing and inventory processes
