Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental budgets
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Manage external and internal audits by providing necessary data and support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably within a multinational or corporate setting
• Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor a finance team

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
