Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for accounting within the MM Group
• Manage monthly and annual closings and reporting to the owner group
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Act as system administrator for Business Central and participate in ERP projects
• Drive improvement and efficiency projects related to systems and internal controls
• Provide business analysis and decision support to the CFO
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and owners

Requirements

• Higher education degree in finance or economics
• At least five years of experience in qualified accounting
• Proven experience in preparing annual closings independently
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Ability to navigate complex financial data and provide business insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a group environment, retail, or at an audit firm
• Experience with Business Central
• Experience with Power BI
