Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial roadmap for all overseas markets to ensure scalability and alignment with global growth objectives
• Oversee complex global financial operations and optimize payment ecosystems across diverse regulatory landscapes
• Maintain oversight of global statutory compliance and multi-jurisdictional audits to mitigate risk
• Mentor and scale a global finance organization, fostering a culture of high performance and technical mastery
• Act as the primary financial liaison between Hong Kong functional departments and regional leadership
• Drive the implementation of advanced financial systems and automated reconciliation processes

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years in a regional or global leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Mandatory professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA
• Deep understanding of IFRS and international tax regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international audit firms followed by senior in-house roles
• Background in Platform (O2O), Logistics, or high-growth technology sectors
• Proficiency in other regional languages
