Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in monthly closing and reporting processes in line with Group policies and deadlines
• Control all accounting transactions and adjustments, with a focus on payroll records
• Maintain records of variances between reporting plans, forecasts, and budget rules
• Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team and management
• Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations
• Create and improve operating policies and process-level controls to prevent errors
• Manage communications with the group tax and accounting teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial controlling, audit, or accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage flexible working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification is a plus
