About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Czech and Slovak branch management and the international group finance team
- Manage monthly closings and prepare budgets and regular financial forecasts
- Monitor and control costs and revenues, including accruals and deferrals
- Coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure smooth financial processes
- Manage bank transfers and support general financial operations
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets and propose corrective actions
- Analyze data from CRM Salesforce and other Excel-based reports
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and meet strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning or reporting software (knowledge of TM1 is an advantage)
