Financial Controller CZ&SK

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Czech and Slovak branch management and the international group finance team
• Manage monthly closings and prepare budgets and regular financial forecasts
• Monitor and control costs and revenues, including accruals and deferrals
• Coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure smooth financial processes
• Manage bank transfers and support general financial operations
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets and propose corrective actions
• Analyze data from CRM Salesforce and other Excel-based reports

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial planning or reporting software (knowledge of TM1 is an advantage)
