Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Control the reliability and regularity of financial and operational data from group brands
• Analyze quarterly results and budget vs. actual variances at each quarterly closing
• Update, monitor, and continuously improve monthly dashboards through data consolidation and analysis
• Prepare specific presentations for the Housing business for General Management and Executive Committees
• Participate in ad-hoc missions and analyses requested by general management such as benchmarks and market analyses

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance or Business School
• Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance)
• Perfect mastery of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Rigor and strong analytical capacity
