Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales organization and business unit managers to provide financial insights and drive improvements.
• Analyze and present financial data, including Sales and Cost Controlling, to support decision-making.
• Lead sales forecasting and budgeting activities to enable effective business planning.
• Act as the primary contact for the Finance Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland.
• Oversee fixed assets, including approval processes, month-end close, and forecasting.
• Manage VAT reporting and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Implement and optimize digital tools such as ERP systems (D365) and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial controlling or an audit background.
• Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience with VAT reporting and regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other digital reporting and database tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
