Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for all aspects of the finance function
• Manage revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS
• Lead and report the budgeting process and business planning
• Ensure tax and regulatory payments, returns, and filings are up to date and compliant
• Supervise GST and other relevant compliances
• Prepare reports for Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board meetings
• Prepare quarterly consolidated accounts and ensure compliance with IAS/IFRS accounting standards
• Identify and implement best practices to improve financial processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Fintech, Tech, or Financial Service organizations preferred
• Deep understanding of reconciliation and sales risk indicators
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
