Financial Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with financial advice consistent with their specific goals and risk tolerance
• Meet with clients to collect financial information and assess investment profiles
• Evaluate clients' financial needs and advise on the advantages and disadvantages of various financial products
• Determine suitable financial products based on client needs and financial circumstances
• Work to increase and retain existing client assets while identifying and meeting potential new clients
• Support Financial Advisors with delegated responsibilities and client relationship management

Requirements

• 2+ years of Investment Advice experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 examinations (or 63 and 65) sufficient for immediate registration
• Ability to meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements for Loan Originator positions
• Must pass required FINRA background screenings and meet ongoing regulatory obligations

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-service brokerage experience
• Experience in financial advisement, planning, or financial services sales
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Smart Station, or similar contact management systems
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills
