About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Renal Denervation (RDN) Marketing leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and revenue modeling.
- Lead financial planning activities including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and Strategic Planning.
- Oversee financial performance management by translating results into actionable insights regarding risks and opportunities.
- Provide strategic expense and investment analysis to ensure resources align with strategic priorities.
- Lead financial evaluation of Gross Margin strategies, including pricing, mix analysis, and product portfolio optimization.
- Act as the finance lead on cross-functional initiatives, advising on project economics and valuation analysis.
- Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of work experience.
- Or an Advanced Degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial/reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or OneStream.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
- Experience in a global organization and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into concise presentations for senior management.
- Experience working within complex organizations and managing tight time commitments.
