About the role
Responsibilities
- Entry of reimbursements for in-person and external visits into the system
- Analysis of invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Digitization and organization of receipts and documents
- Verification of previous visits in the schedule
- Identification of missing reimbursements
- Deadline control
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze documents such as invoices and receipts
- Organization and attention to detail
