Financial Center Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of a co-location financial center, including growing deposits and investments.
• Act as a brand ambassador to create a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through active coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize the Branch Scorecard to identify and execute strategies for business growth.
• Empower bankers to identify client needs and build strong relationships with specialized financial experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Possession of the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven track record of coaching employees and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and nurturing large teams within complex organizational structures.
• College degree or military equivalent.
