Financial Business Planner

Responsibilities

• Consolidate expense information and generate monthly financial closing reports.
• Develop financial models, reports, and economic indicator analyses to support Group decision-making.
• Coordinate and monitor the budget process across all business areas, ensuring alignment with Group efficiency methodologies.
• Partner proactively with Country Managers and Department Managers to promote a financial culture and improve reporting accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis, projections, and KPI management for international business units, including the US unit.
• Participate in Group meetings to follow up on Budget and Forecast, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning or similar financial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (programming skills in Excel are a plus).
• Experience working with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with high-level management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project evaluation and advanced financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative-economic principles.
