About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure financial information integrates and complies with financial and accounting policies
- Perform accounting and financial analysis
- Organize and consolidate budgets for strategic financial, administrative, and tax planning
- Control investment projects in assets and capital and analyze progress against company strategy
- Ensure correct application of corporate policies and official laws or statutes
- Propose financial strategies for cost and expense control and efficiency optimization
- Provide high-level financial analysis for the country and prepare special project and acquisition analyses for the board of directors
- Generate timely information regarding processes or situations that risk the integrity of figures, assets, or financial results
- Monitor organizational risks impacting results, cash flow, or equity and manage solutions
- Control and monitor M&A for the LATAM business unit
- Control and monitor personnel expenses for the LATAM business unit
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, International Business Administration, or related fields with specialization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial areas, cost control, and financial planning
- Knowledge of audits is ideal
- Technical knowledge in corporate finance, costs, budgeting, accounting, acquisitions, investments, and projects
