Financial Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial information integrates and complies with financial and accounting policies
• Perform accounting and financial analysis
• Organize and consolidate budgets for strategic financial, administrative, and tax planning
• Control investment projects in assets and capital and analyze progress against company strategy
• Ensure correct application of corporate policies and official laws or statutes
• Propose financial strategies for cost and expense control and efficiency optimization
• Provide high-level financial analysis for the country and prepare special project and acquisition analyses for the board of directors
• Generate timely information regarding processes or situations that risk the integrity of figures, assets, or financial results
• Monitor organizational risks impacting results, cash flow, or equity and manage solutions
• Control and monitor M&A for the LATAM business unit
• Control and monitor personnel expenses for the LATAM business unit

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, International Business Administration, or related fields with specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial areas, cost control, and financial planning
• Knowledge of audits is ideal
• Technical knowledge in corporate finance, costs, budgeting, accounting, acquisitions, investments, and projects
