Financial Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes in close coordination with the accounting teams and Financial Controller
• Assist in producing management reporting and financial statements, including monthly P&L and rolling forecasts
• Analyze variances and provide appropriate management commentary in line with Group calendars
• Support operational teams by providing analytical tools and decision-making aid, such as cost tracking and investment evaluations
• Contribute to the implementation of industrial performance indicators
• Ensure the reliability and maintenance of reporting tools, acting as a guarantor for ERP data and master data validation
• Support the implementation of an internal control environment aligned with Pernod Ricard standards

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management from a business school or university
• Previous experience (including internships or apprenticeships) in management control, accounting, or financial reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and various reporting tools
• High level of analytical skill, rigor, and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a structured environment
