Financial Brand Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the NYC Brand Store and ensure an outstanding in-person client experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial customer experience associates to achieve sales and service targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store traffic, customer acquisition, and account openings
• Host or participate in in-store events, product demonstrations, and investor education sessions
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries related to equities, options, and brokerage services
• Ensure all marketing, sales, and customer interactions comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory policies
• Supervise licensed activities in the store in accordance with FINRA supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Active FINRA Series 24 license
• 3+ years of leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or wealth management
• Strong understanding of equities markets, options trading, and brokerage operations
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering strong sales or service results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage branch leadership or client-facing financial advisory roles
• Personal trading experience and a deep passion for the U.S. stock market
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth or fintech environments
