Financial Brand Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the NYC Brand Store and ensure an outstanding client experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial customer experience associates
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store traffic and account openings
• Host in-store events, product demonstrations, and investor education sessions
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries regarding equities and options
• Ensure all activities comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory policies
• Supervise licensed activities in accordance with FINRA regulations

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses
• 3+ years of leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, or fintech
• Strong understanding of equities markets, options trading, and brokerage operations
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering sales or service results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage branch leadership or client-facing financial advisory roles
• Personal trading experience and passion for the U.S. stock market
• Strong presentation and client relationship management skills
