Financial Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations with a focus on cash application, clearing accuracy, and compliance
• Support cash application for Europe, America, and APJ regions across various shifts
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of AR transactions while meeting TAT commitments
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable clearing accounts
• Investigate and resolve unknown balances and drive reduction of aged items through structured follow-ups
• Support reconciliations between bank statements and SAP (S/4)
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections, Sales Ops, and Controllership to resolve process issues
• Execute Month End Close (MEC) activities and journal entries
• Maintain process SOPs and identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a finance-related stream
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, specifically cash application
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4, bank portals, and AR reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office package
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting entries and controls
