Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost analysis for processes, products, and equipment related to automatic transmission manufacturing
• Perform periodic analysis and reporting of key costing data and metrics
• Identify, calculate, and plan cost components of transmissions
• Collaborate with production departments to determine the cost impact of manufacturing process changes
• Participate in cost improvement activities and special projects for Controlling & Finance
• Support annual budgeting for operations and capital requirements
• Ensure compliance with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of controlling and financial functions within a manufacturing operation
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Basic knowledge of PDM systems (e.g., Axalant)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
• Experience in manufacturing environments and cost calculations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
