Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust financial models
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and financial modeling
• Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of automated credit reports and contribute to credit analysis frameworks
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems for enhanced efficiency

Requirements

• MBA in Finance OR CA Intermediate/Final qualification
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong problem-solving skills to address inconsistencies in credit frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to diverse audiences
