Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of investment fund legal documents, including Subscription Documents, Side Letters, and Limited Partner Agreements.
• Coordinate the legal documentation sign-off process with the PEN Director and authorized signatories.
• Manage and monitor the legal investment pipeline to ensure all requests are timely, accurate, and coordinated with the legal department (LEGFI).
• Act as a primary liaison with legal teams regarding documentation inquiries and coverage allocation.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems for all investment and service contract documentation.
• Support the implementation of IT solutions to streamline investment processes, data aggregation, and portfolio monitoring.
• Provide logistical support for investment due diligence and assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Administration, Law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically involving the processing of investment-related legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of economic and financial principles and terminologies.
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential, sensitive information with high integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
