Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support back-office investment activity across the full trade lifecycle, including trade entry, broker confirmation, allocation, and settlement.
• Utilize investment accounting platforms such as Bloomberg and Clearwater for trade entry and reporting.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy in accounting and reporting.
• Perform complex financial analysis and prepare routine reports for management.
• Maintain various systems and data assets to support financial, accounting, and administrative functions.
• Partner with business areas to provide requested analysis, information, and data.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives focused on workflow improvement, automation, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-3 years of comparable professional experience.
• Basic understanding of financial statement components and their interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger systems and reporting tools.
