Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect project planning information from producers, project managers, and HQ
• Follow up on production processes and iterated production planning
• Perform monthly cost tracking, analysis, and assist with monthly actual closing
• Manage budgeting, regular forecasting, and system input accuracy
• Handle monthly project reporting and related meetings
• Coordinate communication between finance, producers, other studios, and Head Office
• Operate and manage ERP systems
• Manage supplier accounts including invoice entry, tracking approvals, and payments

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong command of Excel, PPT, and MS Office tools
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
