Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Business Partners at various business units with financial planning and analysis
• Perform forecasting, annual budgeting, and FTE/headcount tracking
• Support month-end close processes and review financials for accuracy
• Research, gather, and interpret data for financial reporting
• Analyze and explain fluctuations in revenue and expenses versus projections
• Provide insights on business trends to internal stakeholders
• Develop solutions to streamline tasks and processes for the finance group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience or comparable work experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PowerPivot/DAX experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence software such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong data gathering and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet stated deadlines
