Financial Analyst-Systems

Responsibilities

• Support, plan, analyze, and deliver key financial tools and maintain their integration with other systems
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure planning tools are operational with minimal downtime
• Assist with recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
• Automate data retrieval tasks via reports and dashboards
• Lead or participate in the development and implementation of new systems and reports
• Maintain understanding of business application architecture, integrations, and data structures
• Identify data needs for financial tasks and communicate with data teams
• Troubleshoot issues with planning tools, NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Sigma
• Interface with external software vendors for product issues and troubleshooting
• Recommend technologies to improve business processes centered around existing systems

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in technology or manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with implementation and management of financial planning systems (Hyperion/NSPB or Anaplan)
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems
• Skills in querying large databases
• Expertise with MS Office suite and G Suite
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience with Salesforce, Odoo, or Sigma
