Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, focusing on digital payment methods such as SPEI and various payment providers
• Perform daily, detailed reconciliations of high-volume data and resolve discrepancies with Payment Service Providers, Operations, and Fraud teams
• Process invoices and manage the procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring timely vendor payments and query resolution
• Support daily cash flow management and bank account reconciliations
• Execute and refine key financial controls to ensure optimal operational levels
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with compliance and product teams to ensure the security and regulatory compliance of financial operations
• Maintain professional relationships with local banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, or Finance
• At least 1 year of experience specifically within the betting or fintech industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant professional accounting qualification
• Proven experience with high-volume reconciliations (microtransactions)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and logical approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate Portuguese language skills
• Experience in the gaming, online entertainment, or e-commerce sectors
