Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue analytics and adjustments (refunds, chargebacks, discounts, etc.) with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Analyze revenue dynamics and deductions, identifying key drivers of change and anomalies
• Formulate practical recommendations to improve financial metrics and participate in implementation with stakeholders
• Control the accuracy of revenue and deductions in financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
• Work with raw data from various sources (payment systems, contracts, billing, internal systems), reconciling and aligning them
• Participate in improving accounting and revenue analysis processes, including automation and the use of AI tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, audit, or consulting
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (working with large datasets)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and readiness to interact with various teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big4 or international companies
• Experience in product or IT environments
• Experience working with multiple business lines or units
• Experience in reporting automation or process optimization
• Experience in budgeting and plan/fact analysis
• Ongoing ACCA certification or participation in case competitions/intensives
