Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional processes including Fixed Assets, General Accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Review construction in process accounts and capitalize fixed asset items according to company policy.
• Prepare standard recurring journal entries and manage bank and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct financial analysis, research transaction discrepancies, and resolve balance sheet clearing account issues.
• Participate in process improvement projects and lean training.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including store managers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2 years of experience in finance activities such as Fixed Assets, General Accounting, or Account Reconciliations.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in relevant finance functions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams systems such as OneStream, Oracle Cloud, or OnBase.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
