Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), including costs, risks, and opportunities at the Program and Mission Area levels
• Perform detailed financial analysis for total program and mission area cost elements to identify monthly variances to budget baselines
• Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and provide explanations for variances against plans
• Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist in developing rationale for basis of estimates
• Oversee supply chain financials, including material EAC development and weekly analysis of cost runs
• Participate in cost and schedule control for contracts utilizing product-based EVMS through APEX/SAP reporting tools

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant financial or analytical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience with EVMS (Earnest Value Management Systems) and APEX/SAP reporting tools
• Experience analyzing cost of sales forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery-based receipts
• Experience contributing to Annual Operating Plans and 5-Year Sales objectives
