Financial Analyst-Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Manage Record to Report activities and analyze financial data including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and operational data
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Automate data workflows and financial models using Alteryx and other advanced analytical tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency
• Support process improvement initiatives and projects through scenario building
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, specifically within finance operations and business finance
• CA/CMA qualification is mandatory
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Alteryx
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build process workflow diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational or matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience using SAP
