Financial Analyst- Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Own and execute accounting processes and perform complex analysis of transactional accounting information to support decision-making
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of procedures to ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Act as the first escalation point for complex systems or policy issues related to your area of expertise
• Lead the implementation and integration of new accounting processes and systems across the organization
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Execute and ensure the effectiveness of business controls through comprehensive reviews and verifications
• Coordinate departmental work and identify opportunities for streamlined processes
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot complex problems, collaborating with partners to develop solutions
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles to enhance organizational performance

Requirements

• Accounting Degree
• Experience in Accounts Payable
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in SAP Applications
