Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow planning and liquidity, including weekly cash tracking and monthly/quarterly forecasting
• Support treasury and banking operations, including trade line facilities, letters of credit, wire transfers, and FX management
• Oversee corporate credit card administration, usage review, and reporting
• Prepare and process invoices, back charges, payroll billing, and inter-company transactions
• Support financial governance and controls, including the development and application of Limits of Authority (LOA)
• Coordinate audit responses, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Provide risk management support through risk assessments and maintenance of the company risk profile

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• Practical understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA professional designation
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Proficiency in SAP S/4Hanna, Analysis for Office, PowerBI, and Excel
