Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes, including journal entries, flash reporting, and variance analysis
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Prepare financial presentations and executive-level reporting for senior leadership
• Maintain and improve models for partnership economics and intercompany activity
• Build and maintain automated workflows connecting financial data across ERP and reporting systems
• Develop data extracts, reconciliations, and reporting pipelines
• Partner with IT and Finance on systems implementation and integration
• Serve as an analytical resource for the Sr. Manager, FP&A

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a hybrid finance/analytics role
• Experience preparing and posting journal entries (debits/credits)
• Proficiency in SQL or ability to learn quickly
• Experience with ERPs (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adaptive Planning)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in television, advertising, or affiliate sales
• Knowledge of production finance/accounting
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
