Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Provide timely and accurate business plan updates to stakeholders
• Own key processes in monthly closings and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and ad hoc reports
• Monitor financial and operating KPIs to provide actionable insights
• Maintain accurate monthly tracking of capital expenditures, working capital, and cash flow
• Support the development of reports and dashboards for ongoing business needs
• Identify trends and implement solutions to improve financial reporting quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 2-3 years of financial analysis or related business experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in television, advertising, or affiliate sales
• Knowledge of production finance or accounting
• Experience with ERPs like Oracle Fusion
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Board, or Adaptive Planning
