Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Direct financial tracking and documentation for technology development capitalization (Tech Capex)
• Act as primary internal contact for financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis for Japan Headquarters
• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and forecasts
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including variance analysis
• Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
• Design and lead internal compliance protocols and financial control frameworks
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or an analytical role
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and budget-to-actual analysis
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to compliance protocols, internal controls, or audit readiness
• Experience working with international headquarters or global reporting structures
• Familiarity with technology capitalization and Tech Capex tracking
