Financial Analyst (Junior)

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive APAC business analytics and reporting, including financial analysis, P&L reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage the monthly financial close process, including FX impact analysis and performance reporting for the APAC region.
• Consolidate regional financial metrics such as Sales, Orders, Gross Margin, and Contribution Margin.
• Coordinate data loading for International Units and the CV Plan & Forecast.
• Generate and tie out the APAC Management Costing Report.
• Partner with Regional and Country Controllers to drive strategic initiatives that scale APAC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution.
• ACCA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power Query.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours when business needs arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
