Responsibilities

• Translate financial data into clear commercial narratives explaining performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Maintain and enhance revenue forecasting models and templates
• Support the preparation and coordination of monthly financial reporting materials
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable, insight-driven analysis
• Analyze revenue and cost of sales performance to identify margin drivers and optimization opportunities
• Monitor working capital performance across billing, collections, and WIP
• Leverage financial and operational data to generate insight into utilization and capacity planning
• Build and execute scenario analyses and sensitivity modeling to support strategic planning
• Conduct cost center tracking and spend analysis for Business Development and Executive Leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Required commercial experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced preferred)
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
