Financial Analyst II - Billing and Credit

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily financial activity and identify outlying trends to facilitate proactive operational adjustments
• Produce weekly and monthly financial performance reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
• Create and maintain highly accurate departmental forecasts and budgets to establish strategic benchmarks
• Partner with the Accounting department to execute month-end processes, resolve variances, and manage accruals
• Analyze the financial impact of major enterprise projects through cost-benefit analysis and provide recommendations to leadership
• Leverage generative AI tools to automate repetitive reporting and enhance predictive forecasting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Experience with financial forecasting, budget creation, and reconciling monthly payment transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction
• Basic proficiency in Python to automate financial workflows and data analysis
• Foundational AI literacy for increased efficiency in report generation and database querying
