Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecasts for operating expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount
• Assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders
• Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business trends
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial support for budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting through automation and standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, or financial consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and EPM tools like Anaplan or NSPB

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience querying data using SQL
