Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, margins, pricing, and profitability
• Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances against budget and forecast
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing performance and ROI analysis
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to analyze production, packaging, and freight costs
• Monitor fruit sourcing costs and assess impacts on margins
• Improve financial reporting tools, processes, and data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics
• 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Basic understanding of GAAP accounting
• Competence in financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and DCF modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agri-business, food & beverages, investment management, or real estate
