Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and report daily Assets Under Management (AUM) and firm-wide flows
• Validate asset data for all managed investment accounts
• Maintain the portfolio management accounting (PMA) database
• Analyze data for risk, trends, and management insights
• Partner with internal sales, advisory, and compliance teams to meet reporting needs
• Monitor data integrity across systems and recommend process quality improvements
• Support project planning and execution to improve workflows and reporting efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Experience in asset management, fund accounting, or financial operations
• Exposure to financial or regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, and Alteryx
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
