Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for FSG holding companies, including analysis and presentation deliverables
• Prepare source documents and communication materials for quarterly partner meetings and long-range plans
• Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and draft weekly loan notice requests to enable efficient debt management
• Support debt financing activity by building, re-tooling, and updating complex scenario models
• Monitor debt covenant compliance results for holding company and property-level debt
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to department initiatives, including budget/forecast tools, process improvements, and AI enhancements
• Assist with various special projects and ad hoc requests across the FSG Finance department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to present data to non-finance stakeholders
